True North Neuropsychology currently accepts the following insurance: 

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO Medicare Advantage
• Medicare Part B

Payment

Cash and most major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment. If you choose to pay with credit card a 3% charge will be added to your total. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your evaluation, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
